A:Toastmasters International是一个国际非盈利性教育组织，旨在提高成员的沟通、演讲、领导技能。 由Ralph C. Smedley 于October 22, 1924, 在the YMCA in Santa Ana, California, United States成立。Q:Toastmasters International是通过怎么样的形式组织的？
A:每次以会议的形式进行，成员轮流分担会议里不同的角色（主席、演讲者、语法官、哼哈官、计时官、评审……）。 会议会组织有主题针对性的技能的学习，形式有预备的演讲，即兴的演讲，讨论，点评，等等。
