| Role description: |
- Support the GM on daily task of operative business
- Administrative backbone: arranging meetings, establishing first contacts and follow ups on customer and supplier contacts
- Supporting the face to the customer, representing the company
- Dealing with mail handling, information research and analysis, sourcing topics
- Support on training and supervising the production team
- Interpreting and translating where needed between management and staff or third parties
- Developing own ideas and supporting development of company structure, HR development, and all issues related to smooth process and project management and the growth of the entity

| Required skills: |
- Completed education (degree) in a business related subject
- Work experience in administrative roles and team supporting functions
- Industry knowledge and international experience a plus
- Technical understanding of our production process should be acquired fast through a proactive approach towards the new role
- Willingness to receive training on the job and self development of new skills
- Willingness to travel
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office suite
- Good english language skills
- Willingness to work adaptively (flexibility, diligence, creativity)
- Selfmotivated and proactive working attitude
- Attention to detail
- Smart appearance and good etiquette
